“I Have Never Met Sowore In My Life, But When He Heard I Was Being Intimidated He Stepped In” –Blord
Blord, Nigerian businessman and entrepreneur, visited the Minister of Youth to express gratitude. He said he had never met or spoken to Sowore before. He explained that the minister intervened when he heard about intimidation. He noted that his bail hearing was moved forward because of the minister’s help.
He argues that powerful people should protect citizens from harassment. He says Sowore kept his word and delivered results. He insists that this act of support earned his loyalty to the revolution team.
Blord said: “Today I came to see the minister of youth which is Mr. Sowore in respect of my matter to appreciate him. As a matter of fact, I’ve never met Sowore in my life. I have never communicated. I’ve never called him on the phone. But when he heard that I was being intimidated, he had to step in. As a matter of fact, I was supposed to be in Kuje today. My bail hearing was set for 27th. Sowore said over his dead body. Will that happen? And he did it as he said. He made sure the date was pushed forward. And I’m out. I came out yesterday.”
