Consequently, they not only squander their potential but also waste the invaluable potential of those around them. Confirming this tragic reality, many leaders find themselves isolated, forgotten, or ridiculed when their tenure ends. Instead of leaving a legacy of empowerment, they leave behind a warning tale.
Imagine being in a position of influence, with the capacity to change lives and uplift communities. You have the authority to shape destinies, yet you choose isolationism as your strategy.
