
Nigeria imported 31.69m barrels of crude from US in seven months, says EIA
Nigeria imported 31.69 million barrels of crude oil from the United States in seven months, according to data from the US Energy Information Administration.
According to the agency’s figures, imports occurred between February and August, with no US crude brought in during January.
In February, Nigeria imported 3.11 million barrels per day (bpd), followed by 5.25 million bpd in March, 2.03 million bpd in April, and 3.79 million bpd in May.
