King’s Trust appoints Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, wife as co-chairs of Africa advisory board
King’s Trust International (KTI) has named Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, chairman of Access Holdings, and his wife, Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, as co-chairs of its Africa advisory board.
Their appointment ends the six-year tenure of Bernard and Genevieve Mensah, the founding co-chairs who helped establish KTI’s operations in Africa.
KTI said the transition comes at a crucial time as it moves to scale programmes focused on education, employability and entrepreneurship for young Africans.
Since launching on the continent in 2016, the organisation has reached more than 30,000 young people in nine countries, with 83 percent of participants securing jobs or returning to school within three months of completing its programmes.
