Ose Local Government, Ondo State — April 17, 2026
The APC Local Government Secretariat in Ose came alive today as a sea of supporters gave a rousing welcome to Barr. Ayo Shedrach Toluwalase, who made his official declaration to contest for Member representing Ose Constituency in the Ondo State Legislative Assembly, 2027.

Party leaders, ward chairmen, women leaders, youth groups, and residents from across the 12 wards of Ose turned out in their numbers. Chants of “Toluwalase! Development Beyond Rhetoric!” filled the air as the legal practitioner and community advocate arrived with his team.

In his address, Toluwalase thanked the party structure and the people of Ose for their confidence. He said:

“I am here today, at the home of our great party, to formally declare my intention to serve. Ose has waited long enough for real development. My commitment is not to rhetoric but to results. From Ifon to Ijagba, from Ute to Idoani, we will pursue security, functional schools, accessible healthcare, motorable roads, and agricultural support that reaches the grassroots.”

He emphasized unity within the APC and called on all stakeholders to close ranks ahead of 2027, noting that “the entire Ose Constituency must feel the impact of governance, not just hear about it.”

Party executives at the secretariat described the turnout as “a clear statement that Ose is ready for fresh, competent representation.” Several community leaders also pledged their support, citing Toluwalase’s track record of accessibility and community interventions.

The declaration marks a major step in Toluwalase’s consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections.
