Prosecutors in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex trafficking trial allege he forced a male escort to urinate in the mouth of singer Cassie Ventura during a private party. The claim emerged in opening statements of the trial that began May 12.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson described the alleged abuse as part of Combs’ “freak off” parties, involving coerced sexual acts. Jurors were also shown a 2016 video reportedly showing Combs assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway.
A male sex worker, Daniel Phillip, testified he was hired multiple times to sleep with Cassie and once urinate on her at her request. He claimed Combs sometimes directed or filmed the encounters and said he feared retaliation if he spoke out.
Combs faces multiple charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he could face life in prison. Cassie is expected to testify.
