3. In 2021, Hon. Justice Polycarp Herman ordered for reinstatement of Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic workers, former Governor Wike never Obeyed.
4. In 2023, Justice R. B. Haastrup restrained the F.C.T minister from terminating the appointment of Abubakar Usman Faruk as the MD of AMML, did he obey? No!
5. Wike, as Minister, disobeyed a court order that halted the conduct of the PDP Congress in Rivers State.
